Please join us at the 2018 Western Mortgagee Advisory Council (WMAC) Annual Conference by following the directions below:
- Join or renew your company’s annual WMAC Membership (one company membership is required for conference attendance).
- Register your company’s employees for the conference after you have verified membership. The conference registration is a second process.
- Reserve your hotel early.
2018 Annual Membership Dues
- $525 – Corporate Membership (available to approved MAP lenders)
- $325 – Associate Membership (available to entities involved in HUD multifamily loans, including appraisers, consultants, architect / cost reviewers, attorney, surveyors, title companies, etc.)
One membership payment covers all employees of the Member Firm for a period of one year from January 1 to December 31st.
Company membership may be completed with a credit card by visiting our online membership portal. Membership payments are appreciated by April 1st.

Conference $ 600 per person, Early Bird Discount up to June 30th
Registration: $ 700 per person for payments received July 1 or later.
Conference Registration must be completed with a credit card by visiting our online registration portal. Conference Registration is available until August 18th or until the conference is sold out, whichever comes first. The WMAC’s Form W-9 for your company’s Accounts Payable Department is available upon request. If your company is not a current WMAC member, please complete the online Membership application and pay the annual dues. Current members are listed on our website. If you are interested in being a conference sponsor, participating on a panel, or have specific topics you would like covered, please contact Jeremy Frankel.

Cancellation Policy: Individual cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to the date of arrival to avoid loss of first night’s deposit. Reservations can only be cancelled by calling the hotel directly and obtaining a cancellation number from a reservation agent.
